Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: Products can only be returned or exchanged for defective
items and nonconforming orders. Products returned under this section must be unused, in
perfect condition, and with all packaging items included.

Products made especially for you, or custom-machined made-to-order products, may not be
returned under any circumstances except in the case of delivery faults.
- Returned products are checked for approval.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original means of payment and will take
a few working days from approval.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, other than if we have made a shipping error.
Delivery & Shipping

Upon processing of your order, the exact shipping time will depend on a number of factors,
including but not limited to geographic location and the type(s) of product.

Providing proper delivery details, or having someone available to accept the order, is
solely the customer's responsibility.
- Any storage or re-delivery fees incurred due to the negligence of a customer will also be passed on.

Talai Al-Folath For Manufacturing Company is not liable for delays or damage caused by
third-party shipping providers after the goods have been handed over to an external
logistics provider.
Warranty Policy

For the warranty period printed on any relevant invoice/product documentation, our products
carry a limited warranty against defects in manufacturing.

At our sole discretion, the warranty covers only the repair or replacement of parts that
prove to be faulty, and does not include a discount or refund.

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by acts of God, misuse/abuse/misapplication
or improper installation, accident/negligence/unapproved modification, normal wear and
tear, or lack of maintenance.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim.
Talai Al-Folath For Manufacturing Company reserves the right to examine the product before
servicing any warranty claim.
